Q: What is the first thing that I have to do when I have received a DoBox?
A: The very first thing what you have to do, please charge the DoBox for at least 10-12 hours.

Q: Is it possible to connect a mouse with an iPad using your device?
A: Yes, it is possible to use keyboard and mouse within our app and inside our browser. This feature will be extended with free online updates. A remote desktop feature will be published soon!

Q: How can I register and setup my DoBox?
A: After you have installed the current DoBox app please open it and click on the “Sign up with your email“ option, then just follow the instructions. For more details go to Start Here.

Q: How can I connect to an existing DoBox if I have already registered and have an account?
A: If you already have an account please open the app, then choose the “I already have an account “ option and login with your email, then try to connect to the DoBox.

Q: What can I do if the DoBox is behaving strangely or frozen and not responding at all?
A: In this case please do a reset on the DoBox with a pin or paperclip in that little hole under the audio output.

Q: How to connect to shared folder from Mac?
A: From the Finder menu click on Go and Connect to server… and type this to server address: smb://dobox than Connect as Guest

Q: How to check my DoBox Hotspot password if I forgot it?
A: If you forgot the DoBox Hotspot password, just plug in a LAN cable from your own router to the DoBox and connect to your router’s Wi-Fi. After that open the DoBox app and the app will find the DoBox on your local network. When you are on the home screen of the app, choose the Settings — Hotspot menu and tap on the eye icon, so you can see here the saved password.
